COACHING

  • WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM COACHING?

Coaching is not therapy, but it can play a significant role in the therapeutic process. At Grow, we believe anyone can benefit from having a coach in their life. The typical coaching client is someone who has reached a place of stability in their emotional journey and is looking for some practical, tactical ways to move forward personally, vocationally, relationally and/or spiritually.

  • WHAT IS THE GOAL OF COACHING?

The simple answer is forward motion and complete alignment.  Our coaching practice provides an opportunity for self determined and facilitated discovery around the habits, practices and thinking that holds us back from the life desire. Together we will focus on the Five Domains everyone navigates on a daily basis.

The Personal Domain - How we show up in the world. We work to discover the most authentic version of ourselves and develop the skills to live into that authentic self every moment of every day.

The Family Domain - How we show up in our family system is a large part of our individual story. We work to bring healing and clarity to the more difficult parts and develop strategies to maximize those parts that are most effective.

The Vocational Domain - The Vocational Domain plays a significant role in our personal satisfaction. Through the 1:1 relationship a coach can provide, new filters for decision making can be developed and new strategies for success can be mastered.

The Spiritual Domain - Everyone has a spiritual domain. This has very little to do with religion and has everything to do with the mysteries, the unexplainable areas of our life.  Together we will unravel past hurts and wounds related to the spiritual domain and work to rebuild a healthy, profoundly personal understanding of the spiritual.

The Relational Domain - How we show up with our friends and in our community is an often overlooked indicator of health and can play a significant role in slowing down our forward momentum.

The primary goal of Coaching is to bring all five of these domains into alignment with each other.  Coaching will provide the practical tools and skills necessary to live a fully aligned life.  At Grow, we believe a fully aligned life grows.

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF COACHING IS FOR ME?

Coaching isn’t for everyone, but it can be a very powerful resource for those feeling unfulfilled, unsatisfied and stuck.  Coaching can provide proven solutions and tools for finding a greater sense of self that most often leads to greater satisfaction and happiness in life.  Working with the right coach can provide insights around purpose, decision making and improved execution, but it can also help you discover what is holding you back from the life you prefer.

The best way to find out if Coaching is right for you is just meet with one of our coaches.

  • GREAT, BUT WHAT DOES COACHING DO?

Think about every great coach you have ever heard about. What do they do? They provide an expert level, outside voice to help maximize your potential. Coaches do this through helping someone organize their life, integrating healthy routines, optimizing raw talent, providing guidance around problem solving and identifying areas of poor performance. Great coaches do all of this while also helping you acknowledge your true self and discerning future possibilities.

This is exactly what we do.

  • HOW DOES COACHING WORK?

There are two ways to approach coaching at Grow Collective. The first way is through a two day intensive called the LifePlan. After two days of working with a certified coach you will walk away with a deeper understanding of how you got to where you are today AND a detailed plan custom designed to get you where you want to go.

The second way is through one on one coaching sessions. These coaching sessions are designed to target problem areas, and together, find a way forward. We use a number of proven techniques to bring about change and help individuals move to an improved place of satisfaction and performance.
