About Dave

Dave brings to Grow Collective a track record of forward motion in the lives of his clients, but also a new set of tools not found in a traditional counseling practice. Over the years, Dave has guided dozens of individuals through a 2-day process, personally curated to leverage perspective gathering in combination with design thinking. Through this unique and rigorous collaboration, all of the life domains are brought into alignment with each other and ultimately, into a 3-5 year strategic operating system for life. 



I believe in the potential for transformation that exists at the intersection of therapy and coaching. My greatest joy is seeing an individual find a pathway to improvement that starts with a kind of letting go and culminates with a life marked by fulfillment, achievement and even happiness.

The ideal candidate for this kind of work is any individual who looks around the landscape of their life, is dissatisfied with their current reality, and longs for a future more aligned with who they are uniquely made to be. Dave is gifted at coming alongside others, coaching, and encouraging them to actualize and inhabit their fullest potential. 

Dave is a writer and frequent speaker on emotional health and operational horsepower. He and his wife, Margie, live in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with their two daughters and a grumpy dog named Rizzo.
